MUMBAI: The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said that Dharavi reported no new Covid-19 cases on Wednesday. The total number of cases reached 6,992.
There are presently 25 active cases in Dharavi. Also, 6,596 patients have been discharged from hospitals post-recovery.
In Dadar, two people tested positive for coronavirus today. The total number of positive cases in the area jumped to 9,937. Presently, there are 37 active cases in Dadar. Also, 9,645 people have recovered from the virus and have been discharged from hospitals so far.
Mahim, on the other hand, reported three new cases, taking the overall count to 9,973. There are 57 active cases in Mahim and 9,973 people have recovered and been discharged till date.
Mumbai’s G/North ward includes Dharavi, Dadar and Mahim. Five new Covid-19 cases were reported from the ward on Wednesday. The total number of positive cases in the ward till date stands at 26,214.
